This series of work was created during my time at a Residency in Puebla Mexico. When I began this residency, I decided to use Art Therapy techniques as a way to process my emotions. Creating this series helped me process my relationship with my Self and find peace within. As a right-handed person using my left hand to paint allows me to let go of my rational dominating emotions through, four base colors, brush strokes, and shapes. These paintings are a reflection of my dark emotions, deep love, light, and revelation of the controlled chaos that is me. I hope these faceless characters allow you a transformative emotion with your inner selves and connect you on your own path to mindfulness and peace within.
