The identity needed to feel like a family kitchen with personality rather than a polished restaurant chain: warm, playful, and culturally rooted, with enough flexibility to live across menus, packaging, delivery platforms, and social content.
Sambi’s Cocina is a heartfelt ghost kitchen bringing comforting Latin flavors to Brooklyn — rooted in Ecuadorian heritage, family, resilience, and the hustle of building something from home.
